New Class:
On Thursdays from 12noon – 1:00pm join Amy Uniacke for a “Follow the Yogini” FREE class. This class is appropriate for students who have been practicing at least one year and have a personal/home practice. Amy is happy to take questions or assist but will also be practicing. So, if you have a lunch hour on Thursdays join Amy for some free time in the studio!
After the first of the year Sara/Sarahng Davidson will be teaching a Level I/II Anusara class on Wednesday(s) from 9am – 10:30am. Sara will also be taking over the Anusara II class on Thursdays.

Welcome back to Stephanie Ruopp back from some extended time away this summer. If you are an early riser, consider starting your day with Stephanie at 6am on Wednesday and Friday.
Also, welcome back to Natalie Donnellon who spent seven months in Thailand and India soaking up the knowledge and experience of yoga and Ayurveda from their mother-lands. We are still waiting for pictures and stories!
Workshop:
Partner Yoga with Thai Massage with Jen Boyak and Nina Eusani on Saturday December 2nd from 2pm – 4pm. Always fun, get ready to stretch a bit further with the aid of your partner…and the massage is great too! Bring a friend, partner or yoga buddy and explore a different edge in this practice.
