If you can breathe, you can do yoga.
New to yoga and not sure where to start? This is a slow, inclusive series that supports the idea that yoga is for every body, no matter the shape, size, or ability. Yoga is a method of quieting and healing that is truly for everyone, and this class will introduce you to the modality in a slow, healthy manner.
This yoga series was truly made for everyone. Yoga isn’t about being flexible enough to touch your toes, or having a dancer’s body. If you’ve ever felt nervous about joining a yoga class, this is a great class for you to try.
In this class we’ll create a space of inclusivity while exploring the self. Using asana (poses), breathwork, and meditation, we will seek to quiet mental chatter, to slow down, and to make peace within ourselves.
