Join Certified Relax and Renew trainer and E-RYT Sandra Rome for a 90-minute restorative yoga class. Sandra designed this class to help you breathe better, reduce stress, and find stillness. Improve your respiratory capacity with gentle supported poses to open the chest and create more flexibility in the spine. As we move into autumn, this is the perfect time to support our lungs.

Restorative yoga soothes the nervous system. The perfect compliment to a more active yoga practice and to our busy lives, restorative yoga encourages you to slow down and cultivate mindfulness. In this class, you will learn restful poses that help you alleviate fatigue and tension. 

Through restorative yoga, our bodies are able to direct healing energies to lowering blood pressure and heart rate, improving digestion, and boosting the immune system. Restorative yoga also eases symptoms of conditions such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, muscle strain and insomnia.
