This FREE TO ATTEND karma yoga event will include a restorative yoga practice, light hands-on massage, and beautiful singing bowl sound baths.

Restorative Yoga is restful poses you stay in for 7- 12 minutes. This is a meditative practice, similar to yoga nidra, and allows the body to find rest while the mind is still awake and able to heal.

We have all props you would need at the studio, but please bring any pillows or blankets that will help you to be more comfortable. Please wear loose-fitting clothes and socks if you would like as you will not be doing any standing poses.

This class is free to attend so we can do our small part to bring awareness to important issues, but donations are always welcome.
