At Namaste Yoga, we believe that yoga is an individualized practice that can be tailored to fit anyone, regardless of your body shape, flexibility, or fitness level. Our hatha-based studio is a welcoming space where you can practice yoga at your own pace and comfort level.

Our classes are designed to help you find balance, strength, and flexibility in your body, mind, and breath. We offer a variety of Hatha-based yoga classes that are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our experienced teachers will guide you through each pose, helping you to customize your physical practice to suit your needs and connect with your breath. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, recover from an injury, deepen your practice, or simply find a moment of peace in your day, we have a class that’s right for you!

Namaste Yoga follows the yogic principle of Ahimsa by striving to maintain a studio space where everyone has equal access to resources and receives equitable treatment regardless of race, gender, ability, income, or age.

Our Philosophy

We believe that the poses always meet you where you are, no matter where you are in your practice. You adapt the poses to your body, rather than struggling to meet them. This creates a balance of comfort and strength, steadiness and ease.

When you start practicing Hatha yoga, you may find certain poses that resonate with you more than others. Some poses may challenge you physically and mentally, while others may provide a sense of ease and stability. Over time, your preferences may shift and change.

We understand that learning anything new requires starting at the beginning. That’s why we encourage our students to meet their bodies and minds right where they are. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes or achieving a certain pose; it’s about the journey of practice. Each time you attend a class or settle into a pose, you practice. Little by little, you create opportunities for increased strength and flexibility.

It is said that yoga is 99% practice and 1% knowledge. At Namaste Yoga, we believe that yoga is attained by showing up, practicing, and moving with your greatest teacher: your own breath. Yoga is for everyone - it’s for you!
